Delivery
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the products you are ordering and the location of the delivery address. You will be advised of estimated delivery times and the exact delivery cost during the checkout before you are asked to pay for your purchase.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (online receipt or invoice) and in good condition.
To return items, contact customer services by phone, calling calling 1-800-431-1580 or email [email protected]. Please provide your name, home address, order reference number and, where available, your phone number and email address.

Refunds
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, via the same method used for payment. Refunds will be paid as soon as possible. If your products have already been dispatched, you will receive your refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
